Every KnickKnack Aquatics order is printed, packed, and shipped with care from our solar-powered workshop in Mid-Missouri. Each product is made to order, inspected for quality, and shipped safely to your door within a few days.
Shipping Within the United States
• Processing Time: All orders are printed and prepared within 5–7 business days.
• Carriers: We ship primarily through USPS and UPS, depending on order size and location.
• Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its progress.
• Packaging: We ship using eco-conscious, protective materials to ensure your products arrive safely and sustainably.
Note: At this time, KnickKnack Aquatics ships exclusively within the United States.
Returns & Replacements
We stand behind the quality of every 3D-printed piece we make. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Eligible returns and replacements will be handled quickly — we may ask for a photo of the issue to help us improve our process.
Important: Because each item is printed to order, we do not accept returns for general dissatisfaction, improper fit due to incorrect measurements, or normal wear and tear.
Custom Prints and Personalized Requests
Custom-designed or modified prints are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged once production begins. However, if a custom order arrives damaged or contains an error on our part, we’ll gladly replace or remake it at no cost to you.
We appreciate your understanding and encourage customers to double-check all design specifications before submitting custom requests.
